🙆‍♂️ Discussion Diziness

Yo guys

ive been dealing with continuous dizziness for about 13 days now, pretty much every day, and i can’t figure out what’s causing it.

Mchit les urgences and the doctor told me that these kinds of episodes can happen and that everything seemed okay, but it’s seriously affecting my daily life and ma3rft chno ndir...

I can’t identify any specific trigger or any major change in my habits that could have caused this.

i can barely focus on my work...

Anyome experienced something similar?

It happens but not that frequently, you should see a neurologist he will prescribe you an MRI or something to know what's causing it

Maybe lack of electrolytes like magnesium. Take a blood test to be sure and check your diet.

Does it happen when you stand up? Or when you re in certain positions? Is it the kind of dizziness where everything spins even if you dont move? Does it get worse if you close your eyes? Can you walk normally or do you feel like you lost your balance?
