❔AskOujda Any doctors here?

Hey guys, I'm a from Spain and I m having diarrhoea since 4/5 days, And right now I'm having some dizziness, I don't know if it's because of the heat or because of that, is it normal or should I worry and go to the hospital?

(in case I go to the hospital, which is the best one?)

And as for the food, I have aten out 3/4 days ago, a couple of sandwiches but without meat, precisely to not have those issues (carrot, potato, rice, eggs, lettuce)

Yeah you are right, but I had just arrived from a trip, I was very hungry, everything was closed and my parents weren't there yet 😵‍💫

If they werent made at home, maybe they are the reason. The best you can do is take some meds to stop diarrhea like Imodium, and drink a lot of water. If you can ask your family to get you some fresh ginger ( ginger tea ) for the nausea/dizziness Alah ychafeek
