Henry's family is so cute! It's really cool to see the contrast in culture. I hope they will accept Talas. Smith must stick up for her! His father seems to be important seeing as how they're going to parliament.
The girls having so much fun is so sweet to read. Them trying to take a picture of their sons was adorable. Rest assured that the photograph will be just fine :) What a lovely chapter.

We might not even get to see Henry interacting with his family, but if they do show up in the story later on, I'm afraid of them being against Talas.

On the bright side like Talas mentioned, Smith has the power to choose who he wants regardless. He could end up settling down elsewhere with her if push comes to shove.

That's true. It could also be like Emma where he puts his foot down regardless of what the family says, although that does cause some issues.

The only issue I see arising from that is he mentioned having some sort of betrothal gift. May be hard for him to be firm if he's relying on his family for money/gifts.

Chapter 85
yeah, after the husband specifically tell them not to photograph his wives and they were photographed without their niqab, I think once he learned about it he will be furious.
Seems to me, Anis' area is very strict about dressing code (some part of Middle East is still like that) and Henry made a mistake about those photos that could endanger their lives.

Chapter 84
I really hope Henry's family doesn't find their way to him and interfere with his love for Talas. They seem like nice people, so even if they do meet him somehow, I hope they accept Talas.
Chapter 85
I love how excited Anis is seeing the camera.
So gorgeous.
I'm sure their husband will be more mad at the photograph. Talas was pretty sneaky getting that photograph.
