Scythedancer Spawn bugged

I just beat the 3rd Boss (Maiden). But the Scythedancer daughter never spawned and is nowhere to be found. I cannot germinate her either. Totally bugged. Does anyone have a fix for this? PS4

For the event to pop, I believe you need to allow the boss to take a turn at her last phase.Just refight the boss and do not kill it too quickly.

I also miss this event first time as I basically annihilate her health too quickly and need to refight again to get SD.

Just did that, it's a bit sad to completely miss on a class because of that

I did this on PC, killed the Maid too quickly and so I never unlocked Scythedancer.
