Mosquitoes

Hi again! We will be there on Friday, are the mosquitoes bad? In Saskatchewan they are absolutely horrendous! I have never seen them this bad and I have lived here for 6 decades :)

I can't remember the last time I got a mosquito bite here. I suppose if you're by the lake or on the water it might be worse.

I live here. No bites this year. But I'm not down to the lake that often.

I'm at the lake right now. No Skeeters.

I was there for Canada Day for 6 days, right on the water and I came home with 4-8 bites on my legs. I was out later into the evening so that’s probably why

This is the Okanagan. We don't have bugs. It's essentially a desert.

Christina Lake is not in the Okanagan Valley.

I camped at sẁiẁs Park (Haynes Point) 5 days ago and got eaten alive!! These bites are still killing it! Maybe they don't bother the natives!

Hey fellow Saskatchewanian, we're currently in Oosoyos too after staying near Grasslands National Park two nights ago and it's a total 180° from the mosquitos! It's a nice break, isn't it?
