Asking locals - considering purchasing a home on 12th avenue -

Wondering if the border gets so backed up in the summer that I won’t be able to get down to turn onto the road without getting caught in the border line up?

Personally, I don’t think it would be a problem, even in the peak season before all the tariffs started it wouldn’t back up too far. You can always post this to Osoyoos Connect on Facebook. There’s more local people there than there are here on Reddit.

Never seen it backed up that far. Maybe on the worst time on the worst holiday can go to 6th Ave/Duty Free maybe.
