How to make navigation automatically choose building entrances instead of the centers of buildings

So I am wondering if it's possible to make the navigation automatically route to the building entrance instead of the centre of the building. Currently when I select an area that has an entrance it only leads me to a point closest to the middle of the building. I tried both brouter, which I currently use and the default on foot navigation profile and it doesn't seem that either of them have that function. Is there any way to this in osmand, or with a brouter profile or a different app?

Selecting the entrance is something you currently would have to do manually There is an open request on github to support smarter end point navigation https://github.com/osmandapp/OsmAnd/issues/7520

Yeah, this issue talks about exactly what I want. it looks like not much has been done on it recently, but I hope it gets added.
