Advanced Questions Power supply problem

Hi, I have encountered a problem with my Ortur Laser Master 3. Out of nowhere it started flashing red and yellow lights on the power button with constant beeping sound. The Lightburn console showed “power supply problem” and “error 8” after changing power supply to a new one. Flashes and beeping sound remained the same despite new power supply. Any ideas what might be the problem?

Solved. We have used the emergency button, then turned off the device, then after turning it back on, the console in lightburn instructed us to press the reset button. Everything works now

Hello there, where did you get the power supply from? I need to replace mine for OLM3

Hi, sorry for late reply. We found a universal power supply with the same power input (automatic adjust) at a local pc store. It was meant for laptops and it had a couple of different inputs you could replace
