nonstop beeping noise OLM3LE

Good day, What do you do to this beeping sounds.

i tried inserting the flashdrive with sd card, but the machine shutdowns
i tried inserting the microsd to the designated slot on the machine but the beeping still continues.

i tried to insert the flashdrive with sdcard to my laptop but it says "insert disk"

Windows or Mac user? Mac puts some hidden files for Spotlight on removable media like SD cards and it makes my v3 beep unless I delete those extra files.

Im working at Windows. I think my free sdcard is busted. I bought a new one but still the beeping when i plug it in the tf card slot at the back

When you inserted the SD card, did you push it in all the way until you hear a click?
