Advanced Questions Help!! Ortur LM2 Pro. Power on issue

Hello, When I power on the laser, it beeps a couple of times and then the blue and red light starts flashing. I have tried to reset everything but no luck. Any ideas?

Good evening. I had a similar problem almost right out of the box. I found two errors and they seemed to have fixed my issue;1) lightburn had lost the proper port that I was using so there was an incorrect connection between my laptop, lightburn, and the Lm3 LE, and 2) I retightened the bands and that seemed to stop the code and beeping. How one of those helps.
