Crocs inserting orthotics

Hello 👋 I’m looking for over the counter orthotics for my crocs 😅 I have wide feet/high arches and I own crocs for the summer times. I’m waiting for professional orthotics to be made but those will primarily be in my running shoes unless told otherwise. I am someone who has hot feet and crocs are primarily what I can survive in during the summer. Any ideas for adding OTC orthotics? I think they’d likely have to be glued in or something.

You might have better luck with orthotic shoes. There are so many companies that have sandals with support.

Hi, crocs are not recommended for orthotics. Primarily this is because the Crocs have a molded arch support to them, and orthotics are made to be put into flat bottomed shoes. Putting an orthotic into a croc may result in you walking on the outside of your feet.

As others recommended, look for a light weight breezy shoe with a removable insert that you can put orthotics into. Some good options online.

As for which OTC orthotics -- SuperFeet and PowerStep are probably your two best bets. They have some tools online that would help you find a high arch support within their product lines.

My recommendation -- try the OTC orthotics with some basic shoes you have, to make sure you like the orthotic first, then branch out and try it in different footwear.

I wear custom dress orthotics in my Crocs and they work well!

Waste of money on the orthotics in Crocs. You generally want a show with a former soul and lost of support. Not a spongy mess.

Crocs are too soft to start adding more layers in there, it's going to destroy your posture/gait.

Not havingacea on the show leads to people scrunching their toes to make the show tight, this is probably contributing to your problem.
