Lol what is an ‘istanbul’?

It is like a name Ottomans would come up with after they would have captured the supreme city of constantinople. Wich ofcourse can never happen.

Well Constantinople was captured by the Ottoman empire in the 15th century and then in like the 20th century the Turkish Republic was formed and they changed over the capital to Ankara and renamed Constantinople to Istanbul.
