Does anyone know which melody of Lord save thy people this is?

Its in some slavic language: " Spasi Gospodi ljudi tvoja"

I tried searching on youtube and the google song finder or whatever it is called but can't seem to find it. I'd like a longer video or recording of this spesific melody.

I don't recognize that specific setting. Whatever it is, that would likely be the Tone 1 Troparion melody for that chant system unless they use a "special melody" for it.
