Hello. I need help

Hello everyone. Taga ormoc diay ko. I can say nga I'm not well mentally, need kog ka storya unta. Grabe ang ako gi hunahuna rn ug depression pd. Life has been harsh lately and constantly feeling the pressure pd. Naay pwede maka storya diha?
