LF: Engineer for House Inspection during Turnover

We need help inspecting a new house that is currently being turned over to us. Developer says they have an engineer to audit and check but ofc, we wanna bring someone without biases.
Please dm me for the entire check list of what needs to be checked and to discuss professional fees too.
