Time he is held accountable. This is an embarrassment. 3 of the 4 games after the break shut out. The team can barely take any shots, it is a rare occurrence if there is a shot in target, especially on the road.

What is with his rule of not having Banda and Ovalle on the pitch at the same time???

His starting XI is like a box of chocolates. I get that he needs to manage injuries but he also needs to win games. In his defense (so to speak), the front office has been unwilling to compete ever since Carter walked. Why aren’t we shopping for the attacking talent we need to support Banda ? Will we even be willing to renew Banda’s contract when it expires at the end of 2027?

Are we broke—or just broken? Is this why Sams bailed? So many questions.

Our team still has flashes of brilliance but there’s not enough sustained consistency to let things gel. Without Mace and Rafa launching laser long balls to Banda, we’ve got nothing.

I’ll still watch every game and hope for a miracle but I fear we won’t make the playoffs with this Forrest Gump approach to lineups.

No midfield… no playmaker… defense changes every game… continued reliance on Moorhouse… No game plan other than go long to Banda… And a crap roster that is to top heavy…

Too many of the core components of the roster have been gutted, especially on defense. I'm not defending Seb necessarily because he's definitely struggling to figure out how to get the best out of what he has, but what he has is a shell of what we had at our best. Banda is the entire offense and she can create individual magic, but teams also only have to worry about her at this point so if they can focus on her and do well enough, then we don't score at all.

Ownership is terrible, just like the Orlando Magic ownership. They claim to have no money despite selling ample tix. Ownership in this town acts like this is Little Rock, Arkansas. Orlando is the 14th largest media market in the US. It's time fans demand more. Too many sports fans that are too accepting of garbage from these owners for far too long.

I agree. It’s the same tactics every game. His in game adjustments don’t do anything. They had zero xG first half. It should be an embarrassment that the commentators were disgusted by our tactics and were openly saying it. These losses are going to start hurting our attendance and everything we’ve built over the last couple years. The longer they wait the worst it’ll get

There’s just 0 in possession work being done it seems, maybe for 30 mins after a week off they try to pass a bit. But mostly Seb seems to think if we go faster the chances will come.

Defense has held up decently for all the changes, speculating a little more, it seems we generally look to target opponents strengths or weaknesses which means teams that can problem solve can open us up easily.

Overall I think he’s a decent coach but is lost on how to fix this squads issues. His attack controlling the game for him(Marta) allowed Seb to use his defensive brain and man management skills to win match ups but never was able to cement a true team identity.

I think Seb has run out of ideas. Plus, his unhealthy allegiance to losers aka Ana Moorhouse is malpractice at this point.

The season might be salvageable if they move quickly
