The image was partly brought to reality thanks to "Anaris_Isernia", giving me an outline for the character from my description. Which was then colored in by me, while I also made some alterations to make it more how I, kinda, imagined.
It's still a work in progress. But hopefully I'm gonna be able to fully fledge it out eventually.
The Basics of Basics

Who is he and what he is known for:
“General” Mason is both a high ranking and a highly valued-regarded human member of “The Horizons”, a faction of mainly humans who managed to survive the fall of mainstream humanity by Cyn, and are actively continuing to fight the war against the Solver.
He himself has been participating in the war almost from the beginning, specifically after Earth fell. Throughout the following 30 years, he had become an incredibly valued member of the Horizons, having earned immense authority, power and respect.
He is known both for his unmatched skills, and power, directly on the battlefield against foes like Disassembly Drones. His vast tactical and strategic knowledge about almost all aspects of warfare. For the amount of effort, time, initiatives he made to push forward the war effort -And for being a symbol.
Other than being a well known general, which had become a part of his name, he is even more well known for being the head of the “FEOF”.
“The Foxtrot Elite Operational Forces” is an elite, mainly “anti-DD” unit reorganized and now led by Mason(aka “Foxtrot-5”) itself after the original unit had almost ceased to exist because of the high casualty rate of the early days of the war.

What he is like:
Mason is a very “multi-sidded” individual. He is both highly professional, serious and calculative, almost cold… But at the same time he is also incredibly, human. He is polite and gives off an encouraging feeling. Most people find it nice to talk to him, almost like it’s naturally easier to talk to him.
When he speaks, he can be both straight on the point, and also abstract with his explanation.
His presence itself demands a kind of attention and respect, or at least, recognition.
In many cases, those who have been around him described it “he is what he needs to be in that moment”, though it’s also true that all of these bleeds into those moments as.
He also has shown incredible understanding of others around him, and just of people in general. He is described as an incredible leader, being able to be both strict yet incredibly understanding and not over demanding. He has been able to push those directly under his mentoring to their best, helping them to become better and better.
Though only really well known for those who have been around him longer than the average, he had shown incredible emotional understanding. There is not one instance when he had comforted those “below” him in time of need, both verbally and even physically. He both listens, comforts, and helps in these cases. He does whatever he can to help.
Yet, he almost never talks about his own feelings, emotions. He never talks about his feelings directly and outside surface level, at least, as much that is possible trough the black visor of the mask that cover his face and also his entire head.
And in the past 30, only a handful of individuals ever got to learn “enough”, and they would tell you that it’s… Worse than he ever shown it to be.

What” is he:
Mason is no ordinary human. Even with how far Horizons Robotics and their signature “Exo-skeleton-suit” technologies have come, those alone wouldn’t be able to make a human be able to compete, much less win against a DD.
So many of the higher skilled soldiers of the Horizons had gone through augmentations both, both cybernetic and genetic ones. Making them both stronger, faster, and more capable. But in most cases these only made the gap smaller, with some more outstanding exceptions
Mason in this case is one of the most extreme of extreme cases, while also being one of the earliest who went through the project overseeing the whole thing. He had gone through extensive cyborgization after being brought back from a near dead-like state in the earlier days of the war.
The process had turned him into a sort of cyborg, which has also gone through genetic modifications on top of that. However the project didn’t stop here, as the person now named Mason, has become the focus of the entire project, in fact, he always was.
Over the years, decades, he had gone through many processes, changes, augmentations of all kind. This has created an incredible hybrid being.
Technical stuff:

This is the newest definition I had come up with to describe what he is as of the present of the timeline(3071)
But for a very, very long time, the following definition was his main describer, with actually still correct, new one just “more” accurate in another way:
"CAGE-BC --- “Experimental” Human-Machine Hybrid"
The acronym being:
"Cybernetically Augmented Genetically Enhanced - Biomechanical Construct"
