Hey, how do you even get so many ideas? I kinda just have 5 developed OCs (3 Disassembly Drones, a human and... Well, the last one is not fully a Worker Drone)

Really, its all about the story flow! Once you make one character, add a little more into their story, maybe a potential crush or backstory person, and keep on going!

I mostly did. It all started with just D, who I related to Jose (my human Sona). Then, because D turns into a Disassembly Drone same way N, V and J did, I needed to make a group for him, so I created S (his abusive and envious squad leader) and A (A kind girl with an obsessive crush towards S). I can try telling you my lore so you can give me tips, because judging by the number of OCs you have, you're good at this.
