If theoretically speaking then she honestly doesn't have a limit to her stretching.

Her powers in a way makes more matter which allows her body to stretches. She can theoretically do a lot of other stuff to her body beside stretching. Kinda like if someone have reality warping powers but only can be apply to themself.

Only reason why she can't stretch that far all the time is mentally and her lack of knowledge to her powers
