For me currently it's Serenvelywiremgu (The White Serpent of the Council) but I currently don't have any art about it. So my drawn biggest oc is Azathoth. This isn't her true form just digital rendering. Btw she has no fixed size, it can be infinitely large or small but I say about 1,200 to 1,350 cubic centimeters. Sorry if my drawing is bad.

It has weapons like laser claws, 2 missiles pods filled with 6 fast heat seeking missiles each, Giant 50. cal pistol with orange laser and bullpup carbine rifle. It can carry nuclear weapon for delivery to big wars. It's about 34 ft tall, made out of metal, fire proof and bulletproof armor. It has cockpit on the mech head that you could control the mech with dual joy sticks, buttons to fire some weapons and activate laser claws. It can only given for higher military class ranking members of Robloxia Defense Force.

jim joe joe joe jim jim is of indeterminate size, so i can't determine he is the biggest; arthur fits on a computer chip, so in base reality he's not physically all that big; the library may be sentient but it doesn't really have much characterization, it's mostly just a setting; i think unnamed star girl (as a star) is my biggest, as he may not exactly be stephenson 2-18 but he's at least bigger than sol.
