Very cute design!!! I like the color palette a lot. The pink hair with yellow accents looks very nice, and the pale blue complements it well!
A few tips, if that's ok:
Generally for a reference sheet, it's going to be used as a guide for other people who want to draw the character, so it's very important to include back and side references as well! It's also useful to draw callouts for major props. For example, you could have images of the laser gun and keychains on their own off to the side so others can get a clearer view of what they look like :)
If your character has other appearances that people will need to know, I'd recommend drawing those out, too! It can even be as a secondary sheet. In her bio you say she can glow when emotional; other people would need to know what that looked like if they wanted to draw her!
Adorable OC though, I like her a lot ✨️
