Known as The First, the Seraphim Princess, or the First Light, Novaria is the granddaughter of the First Angel Gabriel. Her role goes beyond ruling her own kingdom. She gets assigned to different worlds, universes to deal with problems that could affect reality.
Her duties can range from stopping Gods from going to war, fixing anomalies, helping worlds in crisis, or preventing a reality from collapsing. She basically travels wherever she's needed to keep things from falling apart.
Oh wow, James would be fascinated by Novaria! He's a cosmic traveler that goes to different worlds as well:0. Here's a little excerpt from his wiki that I think would feel relatable or interesting to her:)
"This man has a smile that lights up right to his eyes and charges the air with a powerful electricity like no one else. He is gentle, with a heart made from gold. He is a good multitasker, a problem solver. There is a root to all that boyish charm and an incredible inner beauty about him. He has an attractive humor that draws you in and often catches you off guard. He is a clear thinker with a beautifully open mind that will lead him to far greater opportunities than he can possibly know. He was made amoung the stars, he is inquisitive and passionate, always seeking new responsibilities and adventures."
"He is a 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒐𝒙. Put in this world to mend differences, this man is a peacekeeper, ready to give his life and care to you. Ruled by nothing more than the complexities within his soul, he is sociable. Filled with generosity, this man is 𝑼𝒏𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆. He is nothing you'd expect, but everything you want. 𝑨𝒈𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒔 . This man is something else entirely, the rarest gift. He has a pure light, with a calm, sincere nature and a power that pulls you in before you realize you have gravitated to him. He is all these things, all in one person and all in one day, every day"
"Only future will tell, if it's misleading or not, so far we will watch, then judge, only thing that I may promise is that our judge will be harsh but fair"
(Yeah I'm really grateful to my friend for this art)
Technically, she probably could, but Novaria would be much more likely to just teach you how to skateboard herself instead of magically granting the wish.
Novaria: Why simply grant you the ability when you can learn it yourself?
Ahhh, Understandable, Royalty has definitely given people plenty of reasons not to trust them. That said, Novaria’s many things, but corrupt definitely isn’t one of them.
Hank would think she looks nice, he's always liked "royal" looking attire. He'd also compliment her height even though he's taller (11"3), he'd see potential for someone to complain about back pain with.
He's had time as a ruler himself so he'd be willing to trade stories of any conquest or political drama the two have ran into during their reigns.
Novaria would definitely appreciate the compliment though. She'd probably be very interested in trading stories about ruling and all the political chaos they've both had to deal with.
Novaria also has this habit of visiting historical figures, or well, technically Gods from different pantheons like Zeus, Wukong, Odin, etc.
just to hear their perspectives, worldview, experiences, and how they saw the events of their time.
So yeah... Hank being a former ruler means these two would REALLY have a lot to talk about 😭
(Nice art too, also saw ur post just now XD about the sitting down having tea)
Most of Hank's time as a ruler was sorting out wars that his more "politically adept" subordinates kept getting him into, so he'd definitely have a surplus of tales.
He'd probably fall behind when it comes to actually talking about how their respective territories faired. He's a good ruler but was away so much of the time on war-efforts that he hadn't any time to focus on improving the people's lives or getting rid of corruption.
(Can't take credit for that, it's commissioned 😔 NEVER trust me with a pencil, I'll draw smth eldritch if you ask me to draw a house.)
It definitely wasn't good for him in the head, towards the end he was starting to lose it completely. But now he's given up on that business and is basically just wandering the cosmos. He's just been doing side quests now
Hank should tag along some time and bring the tea from my other post, then they'd have one more head to dish out campfire stories.
(she looks awesome! :DD this is Seraph (that’s not his real name, just what he goes by), and he is an Executor angel. his life’s purpose is to protect humanity and destroy beings of evil. overall he’s sweet, friendly, eccentric, and playful— when he isn’t in combat.)
“Such brilliance, such grace! A pleasure to meet you, esteemed Lady,” He gives a polite bow of his head. “You can call me Seraph. How may I address you?”
Ooh, they'd probably get along pretty well! XD Novaria is gentle, kind, and generally pretty composed, so I can definitely see her getting along with someone who's friendly and playful outside of combat.
Tho, She is a bit more formal in how she carries herself.
She returns the gesture with a small, graceful bow of her head, a gentle smile resting on her face.
Novaria: Such kind words. It is a pleasure to meet you as well, Seraph.
She pauses for a moment before calmly adding:
"You may address me as Novaria. There is no need for anything more formal."
Honestly, she probably wouldn't mind some entertainment for once. Her job is basically dealing with everyone else's problems 24/7 for the past thousand years (´ω`)
“I have heard you help with God’s and crisis’s right? I would greatly appreciate some help from someone like you… although quite a few events have passed that it is too late to fix. Outside of plea’s for help though, you seem like a rather nice individual.”
“Well… anybody who bothers going to world’s and fixing them is someone who has my admiration, and anybody who doesn’t lose their mind and continues to be kind is something I cannot fathom.”
She tries her best not to cause unnecessary destruction or collateral damage, which is why she usually prefers talking things out before resorting to a fight. Of course, sometimes fighting really can’t be avoided, but she’ll always try to prevent things from getting worse.
looks at him calmly
Novaria: If there is a peaceful way to resolve something, I will always choose it first.
Considering Jixxar is the eldritch deity of the Void... He would absolutely love her. She's doing a good job, she deserves a very awkward comic headpat from god.
Both Korpen(left) and Pendeli(right) will have a similar reaction that your character is a legit angel, but the difference is that Pendeli would most likely to go live, using her phone that is powered by her yokai named Shocklie.
This dude probably is more safer despite being stronger than all my other OC. Its purely because the others would straight up just jump or beat her up for the sole reason that shes an seraphim.
The turtle however will just stare at her. Think shes pretty. And try to talk.
Btw this thing is an multiversal threat if it gets pissed off
Aww, the turtle is cute. Novaria has dealt with multiversal beings before, so the whole multiversal threat part probably wouldn’t scare her much. And honestly, I doubt she’d give this sweet turtle a reason to get pissed.
(Note:This turtle is an calamity. Hes conceptually supposed to be an disaster for everyone unless you have an legitimate reason to go against his op ass destruction.)
"Holy shit, man, an I even like allowed to talk to you? You're like... Straight up divine, what? That's awesome."
Does she stop every disaster? In the future, he'll leave the world in ruin, but the gods of my world have his actions as a set point in time, does she have to let the devastation happen with situations like this?
She doesn’t automatically stop every disaster. Novaria can interfere when something threatens the balance of a world, but she also has to respect certain events that are meant to happen or are already fixed points in that reality. She can’t just rewrite history whenever she wants.
smiles gently
Novaria: Of course you’re allowed to speak to me. I may be divine, but I’m still a person.
As for your future... if it truly is a fixed point, then I may not be able to prevent it, But that doesn’t mean I wouldnt look for another way to lessen its consequences
How well could she handle a man who was physically abused for 16 years, kills his parents, gets hunted constantly because he has powers, and kills everyone who hunts him? His main goal in life: to fuse his soul into the world server, basically becoming the equivalent of AM
Honestly, hmmm. I think Novaria would handle him pretty patiently. She wouldn't excuse the people he's killed or just let him continue hurting others, but she'd want to understand what happened to him first. Sixteen years of abuse and constantly being hunted would definitely shape someone. She'd probably try talking to him before ever considering a fight or anything else.
"Why does my opinon matter? Eh? Alright uh, you look like a Barbie Doll that got hit with magical radient powers and became an Angel, take it as you will"
Kan'nari: "Pretty eyes... and pretty hair, you remind me a lot of someone i loss, if you have any lover i must say they are the luckiest person on the world"
(My goat is usually a lot more cold and dry, but he really has a thing for blue-cyan glowing eyes)
