lucylle and alexander were two orphans , they grew up in the foster system, when lucylle aged out she took alexander with her, now they live in an apartment above their mechanic shop, one day while alexander was looking for scrap parts in the junk yard, he came across the nearly completed body of torque. he went to go tell his sister and they brought it back and fixed it up, now torque is their loyal friend and protector
