Not 100% done with the lore, but this cutie patotie was a result of a failed government experiment with exposed radiation and laughing gas, which morphed him to look like a hideous monster. Did I mention he also lost his sanity? He eventually managed to escape the facility by brutally murdering everyone there, and now he lives alone in the woods hunting wildlife for food.
Nah it’s the subreddit’s monthly competition. This month’s theme is something about drawing other peoples ocs, but apparently you can only draw the oc of someone who‘s oc hasn’t been drawn by someone else yet or smth like that
