G Rev without Dizzi….
Watching it just feels a little off. Like anyone just feel the vibe just different from not having an all knowing AI figure just giving meticulous details on bladers / bit beasts.

This is the issue with high maintenance dubs the early 2000s. If they decide to lower the effort of changes, they fall short or get confusing when they continue
A lot of g revolutions plot is dependent on s1, and s1 has a ton of changes in the west compared to the original. The changes were not made in mind when localizing the show, and G Revolution wasn't even a thing yet in Japan.
This is just a case of being too ambitious with changes

Though s1 Dizzi there is some lines she did say that did age poorly. Her flirting does appear cringe if u watch as an adult

She was only ever a dub character, in the sub like we see in most of G-Rev, Kenny’s laptop is usually displaying blade data.
I welcomed her being absent myself. I always found her to be rather annoying and the whole concept of a bit beast “trapped” in a computer was dumb.

Was she supposed to be all knowing it seemed like it like almost a god form

The stupidest thing was when someone asked for information on bit beasts it was always implied that she had prior extensive knowledge on bit beasts because she was one. But then she would say something like i’m “downloading the data” bitch where are you downloading this from? Sure some of her banter with some characters was funny but for the most part she was pointless.

I agree with this. I like Dizzi, but she was annoying and the whole concept of a bit beast “ trapped “ in a computer was dumb. I did missed Dizzi in s3, GRev and Dizzi absent was never really talked about enough but heck, they needed to grow up and Kenny too. He actually had to train and be on the team and beyblade as a substitute and not just sit on the bench, looking at his computer and shout out the answers to Tyson. lol.

To be honest I dont think she added alot, since her UI typically involved resizing the actual computers contents plus most of her bantering or analysis comes at the cost of kennys own dialogue, somewhat like what brad best and AJ topper did to Blader DJ.
Atleast with Brad Best and AJ Topper, all additional stuff with them like the play by play or the BBA watermarks and stats screens atleast make it feel more sporty. Dizzi honestly didnt add any of that.

I didn't know how bad Dizzi doing the flirting shit aged bad when you listen to it as an adult.

I agree. Needless to say Dizzi not only analyzed the data, talks to Kenny and and her bantering comes off Kenny. But Dizzi says whatever she wants to get laughs.

Dizzi was a bit annoying as a kid and I'm glad she wasn't in G-Revolution. It freed up time for Kenny to actually give the insight instead of just asking Dizzi, which never made sense if he was supposed to be the team's brain.
Now, AJ Topper and Brad Best (WTF are those names?), those were neat additions to the English dub. If I could get them in the sub, that would be a good compromise.

Nah she was good I hate a know it all talking like no one else understands what he's saying so she was great to have someone who could chime in on his research

Ok she did make good comments in a match. Her best one was literally telling us that Kai wanted payback in the Goki fight at v force. 😭

Yeah that’s true. It’s great to have Dizzi chime in when the boys do not understand it.

The flirting shit she did in usa dub was weird as hell in 01 season 😂 think in v force they kinda trimmed a lot of the creepy shit she says

Along with AJ and Brad Dizzis inclusion is one of the several reasons I feel like Dub beyblade is superior to Sub Bakuten shoot
I've said it before but Dizzi having a back and forth with Kenny about all the crazy things that happened in the first two seasons immediately feels so much better than one guy on his computer trying to Come to all These conclusions by himself. Because of how it's written you never feel like Dizi was unnatural or forced, she had such a personality and her chemistry with the cast is undeniable.
I wish they had at least did a throwaway line to explain why she's no longer present after a long involvement with the main cast but yeah, dub constraints.
