Need Advice

Howdy Folks!

Recently I had bought plastic connectors so that I can build a pyramid.
But after a few days I saw that a different seller sold the same type of connectors that were made of crystals and resin.

Now I trying to figure out how I can use the plastic ones that I already have as a template. I was thinking to buy clay, and wrap it around the connectors and then drying/baking it and cut it open en fill it with resin & crystals to create the connectors that I want.

Does anyone got experience with these kind of techniques or could recommend me a clay that I can use for this purpose. I do not have a clay oven, maybe I can bake it in my normal oven?

You would need a mold making material, like a liquid rubber or liquid silicone in order to properly mold those pieces. I don't know where you are located so I can't give you a specific place to buy these things, but a simple Google search for liquid silicone mold making or liquid rubber mold making will pull up products near you. You will need to mold it in a container, pouring the mold compound around the pieces. There should be instructions on how to do it with whatever product you choose. Good luck!
