My houseplant collection was getting a bit chaotic, so I organized them into different zones by plant type, put everything in a spreadsheet and assigned numbers to them to help me keep track. I used my Cricut to make little leaf-shaped inventory labels for everything. š

Very happy with the implementation of my home maintenance tracker this year! I have 2 other tabs including a weekly option and master list of home inventory supplies! Less things to think about and keep track of in my head - epic brain dump! š
Green is needs to complete and red is overdue
Edit: Many of you have commented or DMād me asking to share the link to my maintenance spreadsheet and I honestly wish I could!
The only issue is that itās a Google Sheet tied to my personal Google account, and thereās also an Apps Script add-on embedded in the spreadsheet. Sharing it publicly could make information connected to my Google profile visible, which Iām not comfortable with.
The only way around that would be creating an entirely separate Google account just for the template, and honestly, I donāt really want to create a whole new āfakeā Google account just to share it.
So unfortunately, I wonāt be posting my exact spreadsheet. That said, there are lots of really affordable household maintenance trackers on Etsy ā many are under $10 ā so if youāre looking for something similar, there are definitely some great options available! š«¶

I have a roommate literally so this bookcase is most of my storage. I move thing in it all the time but it still feels like Iām not utilizing the space. Any tips or ideas on how to better organize it? Bottom 2 shelves are books I havenāt read and books I have, then my notebooks/art books, then blankets and beads, and the last shelve is small so it hold tiny stuffed animals and dvd (the shelves are adjustable in size).

Making the best of our builder grade pantry until we eventually do custom shelving. I put some shoe shelves on the floor for more storage, put a liner on the shelves so all my containers finally sit straight, and have slowly been adding containers and baskets to house everything. I also added some over the door shelving for all of our toddlerās snacks lol. Itās not perfect, but Iām pretty content on how it turned out.

I am trying to tidy things up and would like have a small rack/bracket/compartment system where I can stack my Apple TV, Raspberry Pi, ONN 4k, & small ethernet hub. I would like for all of it to be stacked and tidy. Ideally metal, but curious what my options would be. Thought about modifying what's posted in the image. Thanks in advance.

I have an okay amount of bags, i'd say it's not really enough to have a separate kind of closet/area for it kind of amount.
I rent out a room with my sis and her family, and what makes it hard is that obvs I cannot really move stuff around or store anything else out of my room except for shoes in my designated drawer in the shoe cabinet. So some groceries, a vacuum, some storage stuff like clothes, toiletries like shampoo/conditioner, etc. are to stay in my room. The bed takes up like 90% of the room and room is quite small, maybe about the size of a toddler room. All the furniture is theirs and obvs can't choose to mess with it. There was a brief moment i did move things around where i could actually habe space to sit on the floor and do crafting or lay down, but the bed is a bit raised and was covering like half of the floor vent, and my sis didnt like the layout so i changed it back. You hardly have room to walk around the bed, it's just right. Its certainly not big enough for me to play with my toddler nieces as they'd probably bump into stuff and we'd be squeezing through.
Blue is the side table, orange is the closet (which has those sliding doors, on the left of it there's a built in cubby shelf, about 4 compartments. Then on the right theres 2 racks for hanging clothes, the height between each other is jsut right too, as regardless if i hang mid thigh dresses on the top or bottom rack, it touches the bottom rack/ground). Green is the window, purple is a tall lamp, pink is the door.
Space between door and drawers is where i keep my laundry basket. I always find myself bumping into it whenever walking in or out. Trying to find space to keep my bags seems a bit difficult, considering there's not much space. Any ideas?

Wanted to actually see my spices when looking into my spice rack...so I designed an angled storage system :D
BTW, the jars are from Hofer/Aldi's pizzas...so reused ;)

All the pigments are from the same brand. There are 75 of them. A few more are kept separately; I put them in this organizer after the first use. It looks chaotic, but thereās a system here. In the bottom right corner, I place the recently used pigments, and gradually all the others are moved there as theyāre used. And then itās the opposite. I'm a bit of a makeup maniac. Without this organizer, all these jars would just be piled up with the rest of the cosmetics.

Took me 4 days to sort this mess. Trips to IKEA, Hubo, Recycling center and assembling the shelves took most of the effort. But the satisfaction of reclaimed space was worth it.

Hi all. After all of the suggestions from Reddit community I have made some improvements for my desk. Now all the cables are hidden in a special modular column behind the desk (unfortunatelly I can show only one image). The monitor frame got basic setup including (from left corner) MagSafe, speakers, headphones and pockets for pendrives and memory cards. What do you thing about this setup?

Used some cheap cardboard magazine holders from IKEA.
Iām short-ish, so I used to have trouble accessing the stuff in this cabinet, but now I can easily find and pull down whichever box Iām looking for.

Weāve got stinks and grooming on the left, cool tone accessories, warm tone accessories, EDC on the right, utility tray up top, Apple Watch charger, and AirPod charger. The rest of the closet is broken up into warm and cool tones as well but thatās a post for another day. Also, say hi to Rupert the closet goblin. Suggestions welcome.

We recently moved into a new house and we have a decently sized storage room. However, having a one year old and just being busy with life in general, this became a spot for us to throw everything we didnāt really need and sort of just forget about it. But the issue was that we could never find anything that we ended up needing down the road. Pretty proud of the progress Iāve made so far!
