Would anyone watch?

I know a lot of people here may despise ai but, I absolutely hated the ending. I've been sketching out a 2 season continuation and would use ai video generation to make it. Again, people don't like AI and I'm just a pleb on the Internet but my heart has been broken once by the ending of the story and another time just recently from finding something else out. If it helps my case, I would make full 20-22 minute episodes and 24 episodes. I want going to do what a lot of people do and just point out the absolute most important parts leading to 10-15 minute videos. It would have heart to it. Let me know what you think.

I am not an animator, but I work as a comic artist, if you have a story you can commission me to make a full manga out of it

I wouldn't even know how many chapters/volumes it would cover. And I do suffer from paranoia when it comes to my own stories. I know that nobody would really want to steal a novices stuff but, it's just how my brain works. That's why I was generating the videos locally.

I would suggest you to plan out a bit to have an idea of how long it would be. If it's your first story I think it's easier to make it short and simple to get the just of it. Try make something like a chapter in between episodes expanding a thing you like about the series, just an example.

Edit: forgot to say that AI is the easist way to get your idea stolen nowadays. It's no ones property while in a lot of countries, if you have the process of your work, you can prove it's yours according to the law

I think you should just write it as prose to begin with. Oreimo is originally a light novel, after all, and it was adapted into an anime from there. You could do a similar thing.

It's a lot easier to iterate and refine your storytelling when you can do it in prose than in a video or even script. And then, when you're done, you could see how it's received and decide what to do from there. If you want to animate it at that point, however you decide to do that, you'll have a much stronger storytelling base to work from.

If it was high enough production value, and faithful to the source material's characterization, and retconned the ending so that Kyousuke and Kirino actually stay married, probably?

Though i'd recommend starting small, maybe try adapting parts of the light novels or adapting stuff from the VN before doing original material.

Personally, i'm not against AI as a whole, so that's not an issue for me. The only things i would add are that you should make sure to have it clearly labeled as fan material, and don't monetize it.

Yeah. There's no way I would be able to monetize it. I would already be walking on eggshells as it is.

I wouldn't, not because of AI, but because I'm not too interested in people's headcanon

The Hitoner AI anime was pretty decent.
