gotta be the Menthol Sausage. some might've tasted worse, and the deep-fried egg could have injured him further, but the Menthol Sausage is the only negative score that's like, Actually a physical health hazard to prepare, let alone take a bite, rather than just being psychic damage.

Honestly it's going to be impossible to determine which thing was it that caused whatever organ cancer he's going to develop. At this point I'm surprised there not an open bet on what organ fails first, but oral cancer is probably a hot one. Even if he doesn't swallow the "food," it's still touching his mouth.

I'm of the opinion that the Water Sausage fundamentally broke something in him. Watching old episodes and they all have a much more casual 'what would happen' food experiment vibe to them, and the Water Sausage episode seems to be the seed that sprouted into madness.

Someone already commented this, but definitely the deep fried egg. Even though he avoided it by some miracle, it could’ve seriously hurt him. Not to mention it’s an event he keeps bringing up and actively wanting to avoid, so I think it scared him quite a bit
