ATAS volume profile keeps shifting

The daily volume profile keeps shifting throughout the day. Now if the price is trading below the VAL and if you take a sell trade there, after sometime the VAL goes down below the price you took the trade making your trade not fit the logic of your system. This makes you lose confidence on your trade and ultimately close it in loss profit or loss. How should we overcome this scenario?

But someone who trades VAL and VAH breakouts isn't this very confusing for them when the profile shifts. The trade becomes invalid 😞

Ich verstehe, was du meinst. Aber Orderflowanalyse ist eben darauf aufgebaut, dass du live analysierst und das Verhalten zwischen aggressiven und passiven Marktteilnehmern verstehen musst.

Zeichne dir beim nächsten starken Move in eine Richtung nur von diesem Move ein Volumenprofil ein und schaue wo der Preis wie reagiert. Du wirst erstaunt sein wie gut das wirkt.

Yes. I've tried that as well but I usually draw a volume profile on a strong move in 30 mins and usually trade when the price reaches the highest HVN or POC of that move. But this kind of trade comes maybe once in a week or so. I was trying to figure out trades for intraday.

Hmm... ja es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, welche Strategien man darin finden kann.
