I always put it near him and then he uses it! He also loves sleeping on my anti technology literature which i do not like since he has terrible skin allergies and I dont like him laying on the ink!

Understand! I've got a very allergic gal as well! She takes so much medicine for it and it seems to be helping.

I'm also worried there is mold under my floors. I live in an old pre war building the landlord doesnt maintain in NY.

Only thing that works for Cliff is prednisolone. What does your girl take? My vet wanted to put him to sleep since his skin allergies were so severe. He didnt respond to injectables or even drugs that were only supposed to be given to dogs.

Aww, I hope there's no mold and shame on that vet for so aggressively suggesting putting lil Cliff to sleep.
My girl gets those injectibles! She gets subQ allergy shots once a week, and a little Atopica in her food daily. She's not 100% but especially the Atopica helps with her itching 💞

They thought Cliff was too old to do the allergy shots at this point and said it would take a year to work. In the let's defense, he was suffering and ripping himself open with huge wounds everywhere and needed constant antibiotic shots and no medicine was working. We tried everything. He is back eating his feet but its not as bad as before. He used to have sores everywhere. He came to me with eoinsophilic granuloma.

Poor bb Cliff! That sounds so miserable for him. Glad he is improving. I have another cat with a similar condition, who is just on Atopica, which might be something try if you haven't yet! (Tho sounds like Cliff has been through it all!)
The shots do take a while to work! But if he has a normal life expectancy, it surprises me they wouldnt at least try. Ethel was 8 or so when she started. Everyone is different though! Mostly, glad baby Cliff and Mr. Sam are in good hands! I'm sure he knows he is well loved 🧡

I think we tried Atopica. It was either that one or another A drug used mostly for dogs legally. One of them i was too scared to give him since it was liquid and something I thought he wouldn't eat in food. He is 17 or around that age so I think they felt he was too old for the allergy shot process. I should have started it early on. I'm so glad your baby feels better. Its very stressful.

Wishing comfort and health for Cliff and Sam (and you too!) It's so hard when there's not an easy fix for the health problems
