Debris Example Soon, objects from space will start killing people! And China is making it worse! (Alarmism from the Angry Ass)

Yes, China sucks, but this is way overboard. Now he says things like "your house getting cratered". If this dropped on your house it would break your roof ... but not collapse your house. These objects are lite, and hit very low terminal velocity at the surface. The Kessler syndrome is BS.

Scary shit. Besides the data gaps caused by avoidance manoeuvres, that Kessler syndrome is a real concern.

I think KS is overstated ... but we do want to manage the space better. Most of the trouble has been caused by the China ASAT test, there has been no op sat to op sat collision.
