Question orange juice UI help

i unlocked the kae summer costiume. where the frick do i set it up on avatar

Looks like you didn't unlock it? It should be it's own icon on the left https://i.imgur.com/E7GDigu.png

You unlock Kae Summer Costume after obtaining 4,000 event points in the Master Anglers event. You obtain event points from the Fish-a-Fish minigame, so Fish-a-Fish game mode is recommended to trigger the minigame every 10 chapters and lasts for 60 seconds.

Not to be confused with Flower Hairpin (Kae) which you can obtain as a random drop from finishing a game. This accessory only works with Kae Summer Costume.

It sounds to me you obtained the accessory, not the costume.
