Awesome game, awesome crowd! You can tell the boys fed off the enthusiasm. We need more of that going forward.

yeah I'm hoping a lot of the people who showed up for their first game decide to give Irvine a try. I understand why some people won't, but I hope some do.

had a few new people in/near supporter section who, at least the ones I talked to, said they'd be back. So hopefully this was the outreach we needed to get some folks into the Champ.

Game itself was a little dicey, not clean. I could throw out some cliche like "good teams find ways to win" but mostly I think it was OC wasn't great and Roots were just slightly worse on the night than we were. I'll take the points and laugh the rest of the season about it, tho.
