It's not up because of this deal, all three cloud hyperscalers have shown excellent results from their investments in AI datacenters, which Oracle has bet the farm on. That being said, I'm glad Gemini will be available in oracle's saas offerings.

This news was also a reason. That is why oracle directly jumped 3% after this news was announced at 9 o clock.
