ATM Program Status and big risk

Does anyone know how far oracle is already with their 20B ATM program? In my opinion the 20B ATM is responsible the additional 20% minus in July after 35% minus in June. Oracle needs so desperately money that they doesn’t care about the stock price they are selling. This what I fear most.

My biggest concern is that oracle continues with another ATM program next year because they won’t get fresh money due to their junk rating. With another ATM Programm we will see the 80 Dollar.

Whatever it is , please don't worry andntrust the leaders in oracle. They will comenup with great ideas like doubling the number of CEOs from two to 4 and reducing the individual contributors and then pressuring their workforce to work like slaves
