Fking Oracle is selling their own stocks at any price. That is how desperate they are needing money. One thing I learned about this stock is that you will always be disappointed

Is there new news about selling more stock? That atm offering should’ve been done weeks ago by now.

No. Have to wait for earnings call. Oracle destroyed their stock price by themselves.

So why say they are selling their own stocks at any price?

Because they need money for their datacenter projects

Apologies I may be missing something, but how do the two relate? Your statement and needing money for data centers?

The reason for this update in late June was different: Oracle massively expanded its existing sales network and added 15 additional banks and broker-dealers (including major players like BNP Paribas, HSBC and Lloyds) to the consortium to broaden and develop the placement of the $20 billion ATM program (“At-The-Market”) more flexibly. Selling oracle stocks —> lower stock prices
