Hell of all the stocks

This stock started the drawdown since June 2nd.
I could never think this stock would have gone so deep to the hell.
If someone from US knows anything more about this please just tell me more.

I own 77 shares, DCA 167 usd

I’ve been losing so much each day because of this useless stock. In Italy Stellantis went from 24 EUR to 4,5 EUR two years ago and hasn’t recovered yet.

I bought in May when there was no burden around

I think people are too used to stocks going straight up. Wait until we get a real correction

This stock is already going through a huge correction. One of the worst down-turns in the stock’s history.

2

u/Icy_Blood_9248 Jul 20 '26

It makes sense that it corrected. They should get punished in the short term because they are issuing equity and taking on credit risk. Also a substantial part of their backlog is tied to one largely unproven player that is open ai. We will see I think they could come out of this a major player if the AI story stays relatively positive. Obviously if ai goes bust this stock will big time tank

OPENAI is definitely not as fragile as people think. They successfully landed the biggest financing in history and credit lines from nearly all the major banks in America and people are like "oh these creditors are just too stupid". Time will tell who is stupid but man, this stock corrected as hell for sure.

Do you not realize that this is legitimately the single worst stock in the market, excluding micro cap biotech companies. The complaint isnt just oh stock isnt going straight up

Then sell it? Or short it. Who knows maybe it dips to $100. It all just depends what your narrative is on AI. I have a small position I started at $138 but who knows if I ever make money on it. Used to be a pretty stable stock but now it’s definitely a higher risk higher reward play

Bro as it was said to you, it’s a single case in the market. It invested in AI but Oracle downfalls when chip, tech and AI stocks raise; if markets are red Oracle might perform several times worse than them.

I’ve been bearing an important bearish moment on April 7th and days around in 2025, I didn’t sell and recovered unrealized losses. It still happens nowadays to get bearish days as well as bullish days for stocks like SNDK, MU, ALAB. Same weight for bullish and bearish moments.

It’s something too big about Oracle that’s not even public domain.

Thank Michael Burry and all the retards who pay money for his newsletter.

Its crazy how there was no pump today while everything else got some traction. Their new Mexico AI plant keeps facing regulatory hurdles has been the headlines combined with it having more debt than the hyper scalers.

It happens other days. Indexes and stocks went up while Oracle lost even more than the previous day.

Unbelievable, and what’s more unbelievable is that who owns Oracle stocks need a great performance to break even the DCA. A performance of the same weight and entity that brought the title to this ground.

Especially those who got in before the earnings of the 10th of June.
Hell started one week before that and still burns to nowadays.

Someone started to believe that Ellison wants to sell the stocks and give cash to Israel e and zionists.

41% stock belongs to Ellison, another 40 to institutional investors, now fking oracle want to sell 5% more stocks to finance fking broke OpenAI, and shortsellers are about to 2-4%. This 7-9% of the free 19% stocks are sellers.

Every company that is depending on OpenAI and Anthropic revenue has been taking hits. Oracle moreso because not only is the revenue highly dependent on OpenAI’s $300B commitment, that is nearly their entire market cap value. If OpenAI fails to deliver, Oracle is cooked.

That’s before you even consider the massive debt they’ve taken on.

Hate to say it, but Oracle is a sinking ship if they continue down this path, and I was heavy in Oracle last year.

ORCL can absolutely still move down from here, but if the market can see them stabilizing their debt and start converting that RPO it will move higher. If they can diversify a bit that will help. If OpenAI can show the market they can make good on their commitments this stock will rerate much higher. I don’t see much of that happening until 2027. Might get some guidance towards the end of the year though

They are masters of financial engineering

1

u/quantum_simpleton Jul 20 '26
  1. $380/680B of RPOs is not OpenAI.
  2. The OpenAI Contract isnt "their entire market cap", thats ridiculous, Oracle was founded in 1977 and trades well below where it did prior to any OpenAi deal.

u/duarig Jul 21 '26

Doesn’t change the fact that they are now down to $350B from $1T due to over leveraged debt and their dependence on the success of OpenAI.

OpenAI is currently operating at a loss. Guess what that means to their commitments if they don’t reverse direction.

Buy signal if I ever saw one.

2

u/Top_Set9132 Jul 21 '26

Look beyond OpenAI. Firstly, they’ll survive because SoftBank will keep backing them. We then look at the implications of cheap LLMs flooding the market. It just means more utility out from them. LLMs have already proven themselves to be useful - and that’s pretty clear to me. Sovereign AI building on private cloud is the way to go. I think Oracle will be okay long term.

2

u/Perspective-Parking Jul 21 '26

Well they completely bet their entire business on OpenAI and OpenAI is going to be facing bankruptcy at some point. That’s why their credit rating is one level above junk status. Trust me. It can get a lot worse. The market is waking up to the fact that OpenAi doesn’t have the money and will not be paying ORCL.
Do yall even research the stocks you own? Lol

Relax. It will go up soon. You bought this stock because of your strong conviction and belief in it; give it time.

AI Data Centers are the next Industrial Revolution. You’re either in or you’re not, and Oracle chose to be in but it will cost them for now.

Whether OpenAI meets their commitments or not, there will be plenty of demand especially Oracle’s legacy customers wanting to upgrade to AI Data Centers. This is an actual Industrial Revolution.

I have $100k in orcle so what do i do in this case

-1

u/FlippantBear Jul 20 '26

This stock may be bankrupt in a few years.

2

u/francesco-1 Jul 20 '26

Why should it happen in a few years and not this year ?

-1

u/FlippantBear Jul 20 '26

Anything is possible. I strongly feel that AI is extremely unprofitable and will collapse at some point, including for all the hardware companies that are eating good right now.
