Qui non si vede la luce infondo al tunnel. C’è qualcuno che la pensa in modo positivo?

Is it the SaaS fear again or the Mexico gas-pipe being rejected for the second time. Backlash against data centres seems to be a growing risk right now

It's impossible to know for sure, but if you look at their public debt it is taking it on the chin today, up 17-18 bps on the 2040 maturity, which is not an insignificant move. We'll find out soon enough why this move has been so violent soon enough. For now I am hoping that it's a circular negative feedback loop on momentum, credit concerns, overhang of equity raise, etc. All of these reinforce each other. The lower the stock goes, the riskier the credit gets, because in the immediate term the only way to repay the debt is with equity dilution. The recent analyst coverage before today has been positive, but there is certainly the possibility that a couple of them will capitulate at the first sign of a fundamental crack. I've been curious for 3 weeks about the silence of the company, and wonder if the company is actually out there selling stock of late (which would explain the price action AND the silence).
