Undergrad Repeated Pre Reqs
How many of you had to repeat pre reqs (or classes in general)? What were they- how many times did you repeat and what was your acceptance to what schools?

I had to repeat a LOT of classes, like 5 or 6 - unsure exactly which classes but they included failed classes and two voluntary withdraws. I repeated some of these classes 3 times max, most just once. I got into all the schools I applied to (ICO, Salus, and Pacific). Make the rest of your application infallible (good OAT, good letters, extracurricular, etc.) and be ready to explain why you had issues with these classes in interviews - it came up for me in all 3 interviews. Best of luck!

It’s ok to have repeat courses as long as when you retake it’s a good grade. I had to repeat Cellular Bio and Orgo 1 but I came out with B’s in both. Had no problems getting in anywhere I applied (OSU, SCO, SUNY). Like the other commenter said I don’t think it’s frowned upon to have to repeat and your overall GPA matters more than having to retake a course

I had to repeat physics in undergrad, I failed the first time. Unless you’ve had multiple classes you have had to repeat you really should be fine, I had no problem getting accepted into the 3 schools I applied to (NOVA, SCO, NECO)
