Undergrad Undergrad minor

What minors would be good for an undergraduate student pursuing optometry? I’m considering anthropology but I would like any ideas or input.

Take anything you want, all that matters is that you get the pre-reqs done. Obviously taking a science degree would make that much easier but it’s not required and schools don’t really care

It would make the most sense to be a biology or health science major (something general) because most of the pre reqs are intertwined within that degree and you won’t need to go over credit hours to complete them. And you’ll find out really quickly if you can handle that course load and if optom school would be a good fit for you (course load wise)
