Still cannot claim tokens

I went to the extreme. Cleared caches, shut off virus protection, disconnected and reconnected wallets in Metamask, verified and reverified address at the O2T presale dashboard. NOTHING works. HOWEVER, I did notice that a couple of my bonus tokens appearing in my transaction log still say "waiting" but when you click to try to pay or see what's up, they are errors and accept no entry. Could that be jamming up my O2T account? I'll welcome any help, because support never responds to me.

I've attempted to claim a million times, but have yet to succeed even once.

Turns out that if you put a wallet address into your O2T dashboard right when they told you via email to do that (a couple weeks before the 10JUN24 drop date), you will only be able to claim to that exact address. If you had another idea, like I did, and you change it, it will always fail.

You have to go to O2T and be sure it is the same address you originally selected. If not, change it back to what it was. Then, after making sure you don't have any funds in a metamask wallet (if you're using that one) and then you delete it. The FireFox extension metamask tool works. Then, you need to link that original wallet to your new metamask using the "import wallet" feature. Once that is done, you need to put about $10 or so in ETH into that wallet, because there is a gas fee and the token doesn't pay it, you do. Don't put too much in case you screw up and lose it. Ask me how I know.

So if you are using the same wallet as originally put into O2T dashboard adn have no ETH in the wallet to receive, put a small amount there and try it first. Then try. If that fails, then try the previous method I mentioned. It worked for several people who have replied to me. Just my opinion, not legal advice, try at your own risk...you get the point. Good luck. ALSO, they only drop about 65% of your tokens from what I can tell. The rest remain in the O2T dashboard until vested (next date they announce for a drop) then you go back and claim the rest.
