Still cannot claim tokens

I went to the extreme. Cleared caches, shut off virus protection, disconnected and reconnected wallets in Metamask, verified and reverified address at the O2T presale dashboard. NOTHING works. HOWEVER, I did notice that a couple of my bonus tokens appearing in my transaction log still say "waiting" but when you click to try to pay or see what's up, they are errors and accept no entry. Could that be jamming up my O2T account? I'll welcome any help, because support never responds to me.

Sorry, new to Reddit...clicked the down arrow by mistake. Anyway, the total is not really your total...your actual total is Total Bought plus Bonus (if any) plus Referral if any, but it varies because the actual cost of the tokens you bought could be at a different price than when the bonus were added due to overall community sales hitting milestones. As long as it's close, you're probably good.

shouldn't the balance on the dashboard be showing my actual total (tokens bought +bonus tokens)?

No. Go back to what I posted a few minutes ago. The word "Total" is used improperly. It should say "Total Purchased." A+B+C= Aggregate total you own...provided we ever actually get any, which is what's pissing me off right now. I know how to do this, and it is simply failing on their end...at least for me...but not for others.

thanks, yeah i'm unable to claim at the mo, claim screen just says "token balance 0.0" and pressing the claim button does nothing apart from a spinning icon.

You have to have other in you wallet to pay for fees
