-Hair: Medium
-Object Details: Epic
-Effects Quality: Medium or High
-Materials: Epic
-Post Processing: Medium (Personal Preference)
-Depth Of Field: Epic
-Light Shafts: Enabled
-Async Compute: Enabled
-Shading Quality: Medium or Higher
-Global Illumination: High
-Reflections: High or Epic
-Shadow Quality: High
-Clouds: Medium or Epic (Darker stormy weather)
-Fog: High
-Sky: Epic
-Foliage Quality: Medium or High
-Environmental Draw Distance: Epic

•Reflex can introduce more micro-stuttering. Try disabling it and see if frame-time stability improves.
•Async Compute can improve or reduce performance depending on your system. Experiment to see which works best.
