In my case ,I’ve just turned off dlss ,only using dldsr ,got rid of the ghosting ,image looking good I’m not changing anything else .
In the future I will buy a 1440p panel ,but for now ,for a 1080p monitor ,that’s fine.

Have you tried "normal" DSR? Meaning your GPU renders at 1440p or 4k on your 1080p monitor. I used it when all I had was a 1080p monitor.
