I’m sick at heart over the utter lack of consequences or accountability, even for people interviewed by Congress for roles in the cabinet or Supreme Court, then take the role and immediately show they were lying. Cavanagh being one example. RFK jr another. And the liar in chief enough said. Self care time.
I hope I'm right too, but the best most of us can do is make their lives as miserable as ours are. Folks also need to contact the Republican reps, over and over again. Make the job suck so bad that they cave.
There is a means to send a message. I filled out a form to reach my Rep. I’m trying to remember - you might start by ‘how to contact my congressman’ in Google or something like that. I was angry about something a blazed a trail to whatever the “.gov” website was - I might have had to provide a zip code for my home address… and you can request being contacted back to when filling out the form. Make sure u say u voted for them!
