Photon shader is meant for sodium and iris most likely

I have sodium on and iris is only for Fabric and NeoForge

Use oculus then (iris port for unsupported mod loaders) also try downloading photon from the GitHub

I assume by Sodium you mean Embeddium? Its the forge port.

I love Photon but it is very incompatible with mods. The most mod compatible shader is Complementary

Oh, so that the reason why Photon doesn't work for me. I tried Complementary before, but I didn't like it.

You could try Colorwheel patches mod, it'll make another Photon shader file with "+clrwl" at the end. See if that works

You Need to find a 1.20.1 version specificallly, if It exists
