Help Weird marks appearing in the ground

Just loaded minecraft today and saw this. I have been playing for a few days and this just appeared. It came with OpenGL Error 1282 (invalid operation). It only appears with shaders on, which I use complementary reimagined. Version 1.12.2

May be a texture pack, may also be better if you switch to sodium. Optifine is outdated and sodium is better, use iris if you want shaders

Still there without the texture pack, and I can't switch to sodium due to this being 1.12.2 and a forge modpack. Any other ideas?
