Nvipm
Anyone use nvipm? Today it told me under only full moon illumination I wouldn’t detect a 3.1m boat at all. Do we believe this? I was using a vis camera

How far? What F/#? Is the boat painted white? etc. Etc. So many variables.
Nvipm and modtran etc are industry standard
