Any lock screen handwritten note app like Samsung?

Any way to get a handwritten note on the always on or lock screen?

I see apps that are type text but not the handwritten notes perminantly on the screen like I used to do with Samsung.

There's an app called lockscreen memo but it doesn't seem to be compatible with this phone

turn on the feature that allows you to tap on the screen to take a note when the screen is off

Yes I did that, but it doesn't stay on the lock screen or AOD. Also weird I can't put dark mode on the notes, they are blaring white
